Universal License Agreement of Audio Files & Musical Work (“Pads”, “Soundscapes”)

Regarding audio files and musical work (“Pads”, “Sounds”, "Soundpacks", “Soundscapes”, “Item”), if you make a purchase of Pads, you are granted an ongoing, non-exclusive, commercial, worldwide license to make use of on the following terms:

1. You are licensed to use the item in synchronization with an audio-visual or audio-only work to create End Products that incorporate the Item so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.

2. The license includes the utilization of the Item through communication to the public (performance), display, distribution, and unlimited reproduction or broadcast. Read later clauses for things that are not Allowed Uses.

3. You may make an unlimited number of products of the End product and distribute the End product through multiple media and / or make it available online to an unlimited audience.

4. You can modify or manipulate the Item and combine with other works for the purpose of your End Product. The resulting works based on the item are subject to terms in this license. You cannot claim ownership to the Item, whether it is in original or altered form.

5. All licenses are “site application licenses for one product; multiple entities must purchase a separate license per location.

6. You cannot redistribute the Item as a musical Item. You can’t do this even after modification or manipulation of the item. You Cannot redistribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed, whether the redistribution is free or not.

7. You must not permit an end user to extract the Item in its original form and use separately from an End Product.

8. You cannot claim trademark or service mark rights over the Item within an End Product.

9. You can only use the Item for lawful purposes.

10. You cannot use the Item in connection with defamatory, obscene, or demeaning material in connection with sensitive subjects.

11. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If termination and breach happens, you must cease Allowed Use until you remedy the breach.

12. Aerospace Audio retains ownership to the Item, but grants you license on these terms.

13. This License is between you and Aerospace Audio, not the entity in which the End Product is created for.
