When will my Atmosphere v3 order ship?

Atmosphere is available in 3 shipping groups: First Class (approx. 1 to 2 months), Priority (approx. 2 to 3 months), and General (approx. 3 to 6 months).

Note that shipping timeline is approximate and an exact ETA is not guaranteed and cannot be provided.
Why is there such a long wait for Atmosphere?

Atmosphere is handbuilt by a very small team. We are actively and strategically expanding to meet the new demand. Also, to be so for real, the extremely high tariffs of 2025 also caused severe delays and volatility to the global market that really set the production of V3 back.
Can I put this on my pedalboard? What is the suggested signal flow?

Atmosphere loves pedalboards. The best signal flow is running Atmosphere separately on it’s own channel via a DI Box. There are various summers/mixers on the market that do allow you to merge Atmosphere’s ambient pads with your guitar signal, but there is always more control when mixed separately.
Does Atmosphere change chords along with my playing?

It does not (but it would be pretty cool if it did). Atmosphere cues key-specific droning ambient soundscapes that have a tonal center of the root note featuring harmonic overtones within the selected key. The sounds are meticulously crafted to accompany nearly any arrangement within that key. Ambient pads are very popularly used across genres, but popularized by film scores, ambient, shoe gaze, worship music, etc.
Will Aerospace Audio release additional soundpacks for Atmosphere?

Absolutely! Atmosphere comes pre-loaded with the iconic Atmosphere Soundpack straight out of the box. Additional soundpacks are available to also be pre-loaded if selected at checkout. The Rocket Science Soundpack is the latest release. Many more soundpacks are in the works and slated for the future, but feel free to browse the existing AeroPads library in the meantime.
Can I load my own sounds?

You bet you can! Atmosphere accepts 44.1kHz 16bit wav files. The User Manual walks you through the process and details of loading your own sounds. Transparently, it’s a bit of a ‘pro feature,’ but most people who want to load their own sounds figure it out pretty quickly.
What locations do you ship to?

Aerospace Audio officially services and ships to 🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada, and 🇦🇺 Australia. More locations are slated for the near future. Current shipping locations are limited due high demand and several other factors.
I'm on a tight budget right now. Any suggestions?

Occasionally, B-Stock units become available at a discount. However, I do not have any B-Stock at the moment. In the meantime, check out Aerospace Audio’s AeroPads iOS App. It has great reviews and many of the same features and sounds as Atmosphere.
