Atmosphere v3 Orders
When will my order ship? Can I get an ETA?
Please note that Atmosphere v3 is advertised a "pre-order" item with an estimated wait time of "4-6 months".
It is likely that most orders will ship sooner than the advertised timeframe, but we can't make any promises or guarantees.
We promise to ship your order as soon as we can! You will receive an email notification with tracking info once we pack it up.
Please refrain from emailing us to check on order ETAs and status updates. It slows us down and makes you wait longer. And I'm just going to tell you what you are already reading. It's impossible to accurately estimate specific orders.

Why is there such a long wait?
Atmosphere is in high demand, and Aerospace Audio is a small business. These things are handbuilt by a very small team. We are actively growing to meet the increasing demand.
We've also been greatly slowed down by downstream effects of tariffs and AI-related supply chain issues.
Our hopes are high and we are catching up fast!
I noticed you only ship to 🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada, and 🇦🇺 Australia. When will you add additional locations? Can you make an exception for me?
We are working to add new locations early 2026. I cannot make any exceptions for this, but I am looking forward to offering worldwide shipping soon!
With the release of Atmosphere v3, will Atmosphere v2/v2+ ever be restocked?
Atmosphere v2 is being phased out, but there will be a few more batches released occasionally.

My Atmosphere device has stutter and distortion when I change keys or engage a new pad selection. How do I fix that?
This issue is resolved with a firmware update.
Once you update your device to the latest firmware, it will be smooth sailing! 🤙
I'm trying to update the firmware on my Atmosphere. Why is my computer not detecting it?
Many USB C cables are [annoyingly] missing the data lines. Power-only USB C cables are unable to transmit data and update the firmware. Try additional cables to see if the connection is established.
Note: If attempting to update firmware on an Atmosphere v2, do NOT put it in “USB MODE.” USB MODE is designed only for MicroSD file access.
I'm having an issue with my Atmosphere. What is the warranty on hardware purchases?

I recently purchased AeroPads in wav format. Where is the download link?
The download link should be emailed to you. Be sure to check the inbox you ordered with as well as your spam/junk/updates folders etc.
Does a purchase of AeroPads in wav format include the AeroPads iOS App? (or vise versa)
Due to the nature of Apple's iOS App Store, the AeroPads iOS App and AeroPads in wav format are separate products.
