Warranty

Aerospace Audio warrants hardware products to be free from physical defects in material and craftsmanship for a one year period from the ship date. Should you discover a defect covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Warranty is non-transferable. A proof of purchase and order details will be necessary to proceed with warranty services. Warranty services are only offered to locations that Aerospace Audio officially ships to: USA, Canada, and Australia.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects that occur under correct operation of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or craftsmanship and does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modification, failed DIY repairs, abuse, incorrect powering, lightning / power surge damage. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of hardware elements.

Shipping charges for warranty service are covered on a case-by-case basis for U.S. customers. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges related to warranty service.

Note that the turnaround time is subject to the type of repair and staff bandwidth at the time of contact. In most cases, the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks; but a timeframe is not guaranteed.

Hardware Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase! If for whatever reason you are not satisfied or have any concerns, please send us a message or an email.

Equipment purchased directly from Aerospace Audio is eligible for returns within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in like-new condition and with all of the original packaging and accessories. Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the item has been received and examined. Please be aware that should signs of damage or wear be present, additional charges may apply or the return denied and the item shipped back to the customer.

Pre-Order Cancellations

To cancel an unshipped pre-order, send an email to support@aerospaceaudio.com. If your pre-order has already shipped, then it is subject to the hardware return policy. Order cancellations will be fully refunded minus a 5% Pre-Order Cancellation Fee. This fee is to offset the expenses and effort incurred to accommodate your initial pre-order.

 

Digital Download Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no returns for digital products (ie. AeroPads, Soundpacks, etc).
